I'm Sergio Márquez. I've spent 4+ years building software: from AI backends to websites that rank on Google. Esem Projects is the umbrella under which I offer that work to real businesses.
I work solo. That means direct contact, fast decisions, zero middlemen. Your project is built by me, end to end. Based in Leganés, Madrid — available for all of Spain and any reasonable timezone.
How much does a typical project cost?
Scope-dependent. A professional SMB website is €1,500–€3,000. A simple automation €600–€1,200. Custom AI projects start from €2,000. You always get a fixed-price proposal before we start, no fine print.
How long from first contact to delivery?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from when the proposal is signed. Complex AI or automation work can take 6. You get a concrete timeline before we start and live-preview access to track progress.
What tech do you use and why?
Web: Astro + Tailwind (ultra-fast sites, native SEO). Automation: n8n (visual, maintainable by non-tech). AI: Python, FastAPI, OpenAI/Anthropic/Google LLMs. I pick each stack for long-term reliability, not hype.
Do you work with clients outside of Spain?
Yes, as long as we can communicate in Spanish or English and the timezone gap is reasonable (Europe and the Americas). I've worked remotely for years — all by video call and collaborative tools.
What does post-delivery support look like?
First month is included — I fix any bugs and answer questions at no extra cost. After that, if you need ongoing maintenance we can agree on a monthly plan (fixed price by scope). Otherwise you keep all the code and hosting access.
Can I start without knowing exactly what I need?
Yes — that's actually the most common case. The 30-minute discovery call is precisely for that: understand your business and help you clarify what would actually solve the problem. If it's not something I can help with, I'll say so clearly.
