The contact form on this site collects the following personal data:

  • Name: to address you personally.
  • Email: to reply to you.
  • Phone (optional): in case you prefer that channel.
  • Message: to understand the purpose of your enquiry.

Purpose of processing

Personal data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to enquiries and requests submitted via the contact form.
  • Manage any professional relationship derived from your request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a), granted when you tick the acceptance box before submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data recipients

Personal data may be shared with the following providers, strictly for the purposes above:

  • Formspree — form submission handling (under their privacy policy).
  • Cloudflare — web infrastructure and hosting (under their privacy policy).

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and afterwards for any legally required periods. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under GDPR and LOPDGDD you have the right to:

  • Access the data being processed.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion when no longer needed.
  • Object to processing in certain circumstances.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Request data portability.
